Gravity Garden — Privacy Policy

In short: Gravity Garden does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The game runs entirely on your device, and your progress never leaves it. The only optional purchase — a "supporter tip" — is handled by Google Play, not by us.

This policy explains how the Gravity Garden game (the "Game") handles information. It applies to every version of the Game, including the versions distributed through the Google Play Store and for desktop.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The Game contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting software, and it does not create user accounts. The Game does not transmit any information about you or your device to us or to any third party.

Data Stored on Your Device

The Game saves your progress and settings — such as unlocked levels, completed challenges, audio preferences, and whether you have left a supporter tip — locally on your device. This information:

stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else;
is used only to let you continue where you left off;
is removed when you uninstall the Game.

Purchases

The Game is free to play. You may optionally leave a one-time "supporter tip." Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your name, card number, or any other payment details — we are only told whether the tip was made, so the Game can show a thank-you. Google's handling of your purchase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The Game requests the minimum it needs:

Vibration — for subtle haptic feedback during play.
Internet — used only by Google Play's billing service to process the optional supporter tip. The Game itself does not use the network to collect or send any information about you.

Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Third-Party Services

The Game is distributed and, for tips, billed through Google Play. When you download or purchase through Google Play, Google may collect data in accordance with its own policies, over which we have no control. See Google's Privacy Policy. The Game integrates no other third-party services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date.
