This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled when you use Gravity Warp ("the App"), developed by an individual developer based in Romania.

We strongly believe in protecting your privacy. Gravity Warp does not collect, store, share, or process any personal data. We do not track your usage, location, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information within the app.
2. Third-Party Services and Payments
While the App itself does not collect any personal data, it does include external links to Ko-fi to allow users to make voluntary donations ("Buy me a coffee").
When you choose to make a donation, you will be redirected to a third-party website operated by Ko-fi. Your payment will be processed securely through their platform (using processors such as Stripe or PayPal). Any information you provide during the transaction is collected directly by Ko-fi and their payment partners, and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
We do not have access to, nor do we collect or store, any of your financial or payment details (like your credit card number).

3. GDPR and Your Rights (EEA/UK Users)
Because the developer is based in Romania, and the App may be available to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), this policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Since we do not collect any personal data from you in the first place, there is no data of yours in our possession to access, correct, delete, or export. However, we acknowledge and respect your fundamental rights under the GDPR regarding data privacy.
4. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, children's privacy is inherently protected when using the App.
